I traveled to Maldives on 12th of June 2015 via Link to Destination Holidays and I am really happy to write this feedback or rather a note of Bigggg thank you to the team.
First of all,the overall experience with booking was effortless.
Information provided was always adequate, detailed and easy to understand.
Team (Pallavi) helped me with all my questions and doubts regarding the bookings and was very much prompt to reply with useful, accurate and required information in short time.
All my questions were answered without hesitation and in a professional manner.
And I am pretty much happy to mention here that all the offerings promised/included in the package were fulfilled 100% and there is absolutely no complaint whatsoever in terms of bookings.I must note here that this was a honeymoon trip and I am really glad that I chose Link to Destination Holidays for the travel arrangements because of the hassle free travel experience I got.

First of all, thank you very much for such a nice arrangement of our honeymoon trip to Kerala. It was thoroughly an excellent experience of our first trip through “Link to Destination“. It fulfilled our expectations. It was wonderfully managed,well co-ordinated and ended with a surprise complimentary Cake. 🙂
I would like to share some of the experience and feedback here regarding the tour.
Management:- Right from the start of the talks regarding arranging the tour, I received very patient and polite assistance from the tour manager Pallavi. I finalized on Kerala trip after looking at many plans/options shared by her on regular and timely basis. I received satisfactory replies/answers from her. Right from providing important information till payment, receiving vouchers, driver contact etc.All the processes were seamless.
Transport:- We are extremely satisfied with this aspect of the tour. We received warm treatment right from picking-up from Cochin airport when arrived till dropping-up at Trivendrum airport when departed. Our driver, Mr. Manoj, is nice, kind and trustworthy human being. His driving is safe. He is punctual. He is very knowledgeable regarding geography of Kerala hence we enjoyed the site-seeing. He overall was like care taker for us. We did not feel uncomfortable while being with him. Cab that was provided (Indica Vista sedan class) was in good condition, spacious and clean. Never faced any technical issues with that.
Hotel arrangements:- This too was an excellent experience. All the hotels, rooms, arrangements were brilliant. Cleanliness was there. The staff and management of all the hotels were kind and polite.We were pleasantly surprised to get honeymoon package on first night only. Food and water at every hotel was of good quality. Never faced any food related issues all throughout the tour. House boat at Alleppy was a brilliant experience. No issues with that as well.
Suggestion provided at Hotel Las Palmas at Munnar – It would be good if they can have sealing fan facility in the rooms. At times it might become suffocated due to lack of air circulation. However they were ready to provide table fan if necessary. The logic behind not providing sealing fan facility might be due to the fact that the temperature tends to fall down to pleasant levels. However that was a suggestion for overall circulation of fresh air.
